CK Clinical Supervision

As a professional, it’s important that you continually reflect on your practise to help you gain insight into and think analytically about your work. Regular supervision will help you maintain and refine your practice in a safe, ethical, and held manner helping to increase and grow your confidence in yourself as a skilled professional.

At CK Counselling, we can provide a supportive, confidential environment that will enable you to explore your practice and discuss any concerns, which in turn will give you a deeper understanding of your relationships within the room and clients presentations.  We can work with you to recognise and respond to any learning gaps you might have, supporting both you and your practice.

We provide clinical supervision to both students and qualified, experienced practitioners.

We generally offer a fifteen minute no cost online session to explore whether working together in a supervisory relationship would be a good way forward.

Carrol Rouse

BACP Accred counsellor & Mirror Therapist and  Supervisor

Having set up a highly successful Counselling service and Training School I have a vast knowledge of organisational issues. I have worked with trainees and newly qualified counsellors through to very experienced practitioners. I also have experience of supporting therapists through their accreditation process.
I have experience as a supervisor with counsellors from different modalities and have a good working knowledge of the many theoretical approaches. I have extensive counselling experience and am used to working with clients who have experienced life-changing events. I believe that supervision is a collaborative process. I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space for supervisees to continue to develop self-awareness, explore any professional, developmental, personal and ethical issues that are relevant to practice, and provide a robust learning environment to consider theory and research, thereby helping to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your clients.
I have extensive experience supervising counsellors, Mental Health Practitioners, Teachers, Classroom Assistants, Senior Management in Private Organisations, and others who require support and guidance with the emotional aspects of their work. As a supervisor, I bring warmth, insight, and encouragement, fostering confidence and professional growth. I am passionate about helping counsellors and therapists develop their skills while ensuring they feel valued, supported, and inspired in their roles.
While I prefer to see people face-to-face, I do offer a limited number of online sessions for those who require them.
I am happy for you to call me to arrange a meeting to discuss your supervision requirements

Kate Fronda

Psychosexual & EMDR Therapist and Supervisor

I provide online counselling and supervision for trainees and qualified therapists from various modalities, including psychosexual counsellors, as well as professionals in the helping field.
Finding the right supervisor is an integral part of your professional journey. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can reflect, learn, and grow. I encourage curiosity and openness while providing consistency, reliability, and gentle challenge. Supervision is a place to explore client work in depth, navigate self-doubt or burnout, and strengthen ethical and safe practice.
As a highly experienced COSRT-accredited and Registered Psychosexual Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I bring extensive experience teaching counselling at diploma level and beyond. I have worked across diverse counselling settings with people from various backgrounds.
Warm and approachable, I support supervisees in deepening their understanding of client issues, theoretical knowledge, ethical dilemmas, and professional boundaries. Together, we explore transference and countertransference, legal considerations, and the therapeutic relationship—helping you gain confidence and insight in your practice.
